DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Source and recruit potential candidates through various channels, including online job platforms, professional networks, and recruitment events. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including application screening, interviewing, and providing hiring recommendations. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment. Support the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent. Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database. Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
REQUIREMENT

A fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (GPA 3.00) from a state university. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and procedures. Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal partners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Up-to-date knowledge of current recruitment trends and industry practices. Candidates with organizational experience are preferred.
