DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Infrastructure Management: Provide daily Office Infra Support and troubleshoot any problem related to networking. System Support: Provide support to Linux or windows server on premise and cloud; monitor and optimize performance of database regularly with MSSQL, MariaDB and Oracle parameter for in-house and customers database. System Administration: Install and upgrade in-house database server when required, control in-house database access, develop, manage, and test back-up and recovery plans. IT Governance & Documentation: Research and improve policies and processes for IT Governance, assist in establishing and improving Infrastructure Governance, and upkeep documentation guide regularly. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENT

Education Background: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related fields. Technical Skill: Knowledge of Unix Operating System is advantageous. Professional Experiences: 1 - 2 years working experience in Infrastructure operations and project deployment. Professional Traits: Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team, positive attitude, well-organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision, and able to build strong working partnerships with other IT teams, department and users. Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken English.
