Global Support
Work closely with the operations team on day-to-day companywide tasks
Office Administration
Assist in corporate filing related to compliance and staff matters
Coordinate daily team meetings
Reception
Book meeting rooms and manage logistics
Logistical Support
Organize team events, birthdays, festive celebrations, and staff recreational activities
Secretarial and Executive Support
Provide comprehensive support to management, including meeting scheduling for local and overseas contacts
Arrange calendars, book restaurants, flights, accommodations, and doctor appointments
Provide ad-hoc assistance to management and the team
Accounting
Manage petty cash for monthly expenses
Prepare monthly expense reports for management
Prepare receipts from travel for the Finance team
Team Support
Assist with paperwork, administrative, and clerical tasks
Prepare documents and DocuSign envelopes for external parties
Perform ad-hoc executive assistance for large accounts
Run KYC processes
Other Duties
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENT
1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
Strong administrative and office management skills
Experience supporting a diverse senior team
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience completing expense reports and assisting with event management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and programs such as Zoom, DocuSign, and Teams
