DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide onsite IT support at main and off-site locations, delivering excellent customer service.
Respond to escalated helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution, regular updates, and proper documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Support software distribution, patch management, and preventive maintenance activities.
Install and maintain inventory scanning and software distribution agents on all IT assets.
Reinstall agents on devices identified as non-responsive by asset administrators.
Assist in hardware deployment, cloning, and agent reinstallation when required.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports on disposed IT assets for audit and tracking purposes.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all supported equipment and services.
Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and proactively contribute to improving support quality.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum NITEC in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT desktop or technical support.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a support team.
