DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders in Sales and Manufacturing units across assigned regions and countries.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business growth, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
Review and assess HR and operational processes within each business unit to ensure efficiency, compliance, and best practices.
Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in people management, organizational structure, and workflows.
Support continuous improvement of HR processes in coordination with HR Managers at each business unit.
Handle and support resolution of employee relations issues, disciplinary cases, and workplace conflicts in collaboration with local HR teams.
Ensure consistent application of company policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures across allassigned units.
Act as an escalation point for complex HR cases.
Implement and cascade HR programs, initiatives, and policies from Head Office to all assigned business units,
such as performance management, talent development, engagement initiatives, culture programs, etc.
Serve as the key HR contact between Head Office and business units.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP or in a generalist role in FMCG industries
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor regulations, and employee relations.
Experience working with multiple business units and stakeholders across regions or countries is an advantage.
Fluent in spoken Mandarin for daily business communication; proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, handle complex situations, and manage multiple priorities.
