DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Infrastructure Server Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining physical and virtual servers to ensure availability, security, and optimal performance. Key responsibilities include server installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, data backup, and providing support to end-users who rely on server-based applications and services.
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure server or a similar role. - Have experience setup/implementation Server and Backup System (Windows Server, Linux/Unix, NAS/SAN, Veeam). - Have experience setup/implementation Virtualization, Hyper Converged Infrastructure and Cloud Infrastructure Environment (VMware, Sangfor, GCP, Alibaba) - Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, Prometheus) and ITSM/ticketing systems. - Knowledge of IT compliance & standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR). - Understanding of cybersecurity practices and patch management. - Strong technical documentation and communication skills. - Willingness to travel or be assigned to various operational sites as needed. - Preferably has experience in setting up and implementing microservices (Docker, Kubernetes). - Preferably has experience in setting up and implementing Microsoft 365 environments.
