DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
· Assist the line managers on planning and developing marketing activities.
· Proactively coordinate with the Product Managers, identify the needs and come up with proposals for marketing activities for UAE and Gulf every beginning of vendors’ Quarter.
· Contribute with creative marketing ideas.
· Ensure that the activities’ descriptions and goals are set very clearly.
· Set clear ROI to achieve from the activities planned.
· Provide accurate budget needed for activities’ execution during the planning and manage the activities accordingly.
· Responsible for getting all the information, putting all the activities in the portal and collecting all the info for the claims by the end of each Quarter.
· Execute marketing activities in line with Logicom brand identity.
· Keep track of the budget utilized for the activities.
· Manage and develop Ecommerce platform: manage ecommerce meetings, put promotions in the portal, create a monthly newsletter with the promos.
· Complete the brand’s budget sheet with all the information and share it with the Manager within 20 working days upon completion of each Quarter.
· Prepare a report showing which were the successful activities and how we can improve within 20 days upon completion of the Quarter.
· Complete all the claims 30 days upon completion of each Quarter.
· Follow up on the payment of the partners/suppliers within max 30 days or inform the manager for any bottlenecks before the deadline.
· Each project should be fully completed within a month upon end of the Quarter.
· Responsible for all the vendor email campaigns.
· Create content for social media channels to drive web traffic, generate awareness and other business objectives; social media content calendar every 15 days (content to be approved by the Manager).
· Responsible for the PR initiatives (approvals for interviews etc.).
· Work effectively with Head Office Marketing team members and the vendors’ marketing contacts
REQUIREMENT
· University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or other Business related field.
· At least 2 years of Marketing experience (Experience in marketing within the IT Industry will be an advantage).
· The capacity to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of brands.
· Ability to implement comprehensive marketing goals, strategies, and plans
· Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work under tight deadlines is needed
· Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and methodologies
· Excellent knowledge of the English language
