DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement annual/monthly social media calendars. Creat photoshoot & video concept to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and creative direction to ensure brand consistency. Supervise and mentor the content team while collaborating with brand, product, and digital teams to produce high-quality, goal-driven content. Track content performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance engagement, storytelling, and audience impact. Understands key KPIs: reach, impressions, ER%, CTR, VTR, audience growth, and sentiment analysis.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1 years of experience in related fields (Fresh Graduate can apply). Familiar with Bakery or FnB industry. Communication, and in-depth knowledge and understanding of Bakery trends. Able to work in a mobile and possess a valid Class A driver's license Willing to be placed in Kopo-Katapang Bandung Regency.
