DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting for all school hardware, software and network issues
Assisting with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals and software
Responding promptly to IT-related inquiries and requests from employees
Coordinating with external IT service providers for more complex technical support
Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry and other office duties
Maintaining inventory and ordering of IT equipment and office supplies
Ensuring the office environment is well-organised and presentable
REQUIREMENT
At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good understanding of computer hardware, software, networks and common IT applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist staff Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Indonesian and English Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field Able to join as soon as possible Preferably domiciled in North Jakarta or nearby areas
