REQUIREMENT

At least Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable universities Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store crew in a sales environment, preferably within the retail industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for positions such as Store Associate, Cashier, or daily worker. Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
