DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, tools, and subcontractor services. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to confirm specifications, BOQ, and project requirements. Prepare and review BOQ and cost estimates (RAB) to support purchasing decisions. Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers and subcontractors. Request, compare, and analyze quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Issue and monitor Purchase Orders and ensure accurate documentation. Track material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites. Handle urgent procurement requests to prevent project delays. Verify the quality and quantity of delivered materials and manage discrepancies. Maintain organized records of RFQs, quotations, POs, contracts, and invoices. Prepare procurement reports and cost summaries for management. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and project standards.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. Experience in construction purchasing/procurement is an advantage. Strong understanding of construction materials, heavy equipment, MEP items, logistics, subcontractor services, and project needs. Ability to read technical drawings, BOQ, and project specifications. Strong negotiation, vendor evaluation, and price analysis skills. Proficient in procurement processes: RFQ, quotation comparison, PO issuance, contracts, and invoice handling. Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and able to handle urgent requests from project sites. Good coordination skills with engineering teams, site managers, and project logistics. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, data analysis). Preferably has a network of construction material suppliers and heavy equipment rentals. Strong communication, discipline, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Honest, responsible, and committed to high integrity. Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
