DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Actively promote and sell the company’s Chinese Medicine Products to Chinese Medicine Clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, and NGOs. Identify potential business opportunities, expand the client base, and develop new accounts to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular visits to Chinese Medicine Clinics and pharmacies, engaging with Chinese Medicine Practitioners, pharmacy owners, and staff to promote products and close sales. Follow up on customer orders and ensure high-quality service throughout the sales process. Collect and provide market intelligence, including customer feedback and competitor activities, to support business strategies.
REQUIREMENT

Higher Diploma or above; Professional Diploma from Chinese Medicine Institutes is also welcome. At least 1-2 years of solid sales experience, preferably with field sales experience and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and handle objections confidently. Presentable, independent, proactive, hardworking, and able to work under pressure in a challenging sales environment.
