DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Promote and sell parts to customers, ensuring they receive the right solutions for their equipment. Address customer inquiries, provide parts recommendations, and assist with identifying specific parts requirements. Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team, and ensure timely availability of parts. Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Manage order entries and ensure accurate, timely processing of parts orders. Stay updated on product knowledge, market demands, and competitor offerings to better serve customers. Work closely with the Service and Sales departments to provide comprehensive support and ensure customer needs are fully met. Prepare quote using ERP system Ordering of parts with respective vendor.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years in parts Admin or sales, preferably within the food processing machine industry. Familiarity with food machinery and parts is highly advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to manage orders accurately and maintain organized records. Capable of understanding and meeting diverse customer needs with appropriate parts solutions. Works well with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless experience for customers.
