DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Setup, install, maintain and upgrade PC/Hardware/Software/LAN & network Support and perform troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware (desktop, laptop, printer) issues and Microsoft 365, standard software and in-house applications Install, configure and maintain network services to clients Administration, support & maintenance of company’s Local Area Network (LAN), Fortigate firewall and M365 admin centre Actively participate and support IT related projects Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time
REQUIREMENT

Hands on experience in IT support of desktop and laptop hardware and managing LAN/WAN/Routers/Switches Strong knowledge with hands-on experience in managing Active Directory and M365 admin centre Candidate with hands-on experience in managing VMWare servers and SAN will be advantageous Able to adhere to internal IT processes with good communication skills Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/IT or its equivalent Candidate should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience Qualification Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
