DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, and upgrades Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, network connectivity, and user access Handle incident tickets via IT service desk systems and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or vendors Maintain and manage inventory of IT assets including desktops, peripherals, and software licenses Ensure timely deployment of patches, updates, and antivirus definitions Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access rights Assist in IT documentation, SOP updates, and user guides Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and data privacy guidelines
REQUIREMENT

Min Diploma in IT/Related Courses At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an IT Desktop Support or Service Desk role Good understanding of troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Familiar with common IT tools, ticketing systems, and remote support platforms Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment OK to travel to different schools in Singapore
