DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Report directly to the CEO and act as the key person responsible for all financial, accounting, and tax operations.
Lead financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Oversee accounting processes such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting in compliance with PSAK and company policies.
Ensure all payables (AP) and receivables (AR) are processed accurately and on time.
Manage corporate taxation (PPh, PPN, and other related taxes) and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Review and finalize financial and tax reports before submission to the CEO or external auditors.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Supervise and develop the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team to achieve departmental goals.
Coordinate with other divisions to maintain operational efficiency and compliance across the company.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance departmental performance.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s Degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian taxation regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage tight deadlines.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP systems are an advantage).
