DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. · Minimum 5 years of experience in People Development / Talent Management, preferably in group-level or multi-entity organizations. · Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS), including e-learning content development. · Familiar with Training Needs Analysis, Learning Evaluation (Kirkpatrick/ROI), and Assessment Centers. · Experienced in Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Competency Framework development. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and learning analytics. · Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. · Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage. · Willing to be based at PIK, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara
