Sales Support & Client Interaction
Assist in identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Support senior sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Conduct product demonstrations and site visits with supervision.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
Market Research & Lead Generation
Research potential customers and market trends in the material handling industry.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM systems).
Follow up on sales leads and maintain communication with prospects.
Product Knowledge
Learn the specifications, features, and benefits of forklifts and other company offerings.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
Sales Administration
Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation.
Handle basic after-sales service coordination with the service department.
Ensure proper documentation for orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the sales and technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
0–2 years of sales or customer service experience (preferably in industrial equipment or machinery).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
Willingness to learn and grow in a technical sales environment.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
