DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sourcing, sreening and manage candidate pipeline. Utilize technology-based tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools) to identify and engage potential candidates. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality. Develop candidate pipelines through online channels, social media, and professional networks. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria. Leverage automation tools and digital dashboards to monitor candidate progress. Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Stay updated with recruitment trends and HR technology developments.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. Strong proficiency with recruitment tools, such as: Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., JobStreet, Kalibrr, etc.) Sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) Collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, etc.) Comfortable working with digital dashboards, metrics, and automation features. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Up-to-date with current hiring trends, social recruiting, and employer branding techniques.
