DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle and follow up on user access, verification requests, and application issues while ensuring SLA compliance. Provide technical support during system go-live, new store openings, or company events. Coordinate the application support team to ensure system readiness and effective user support. Develop and maintain operational documentation, manuals, and training materials. Supervise system monitoring, daily reports, and issue escalation when needed.
REQUIREMENT

Educational background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Application Support, System Support, or IT Operations. Skilled in system analysis, application troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination between IT and business units. Proficient in ticketing tools, basic SQL, technical documentation, and SLA management. Experience in retail, distribution, or fast-paced operational environments is highly preferred.
