DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. Performing routine inspections and quality tests. Identifying and resolving workflow and issues. Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed. Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with the Technical Lead. Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports. Creating training materials and operating manuals.
REQUIREMENT

Ability to manage and troubleshoot databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle. Knowledge of monitoring tools to proactively identify issues. Understanding of security best practices and a commitment to maintaining the security of privileged access. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues Active listening skills to understand the issues and articulate solutions clearly. Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support. Ability to empathize with customers and professionally address their concerns. Ability to work collaboratively with other support engineers, teams, and departments to resolve issues. Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Strong documentation skills to maintain detailed records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions. Contribution to knowledge base articles and documentation updates. Efficient time management skills to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and respond to customer queries promptly. • Must be proficient in verbal and written English communication. • Ability to communicate in English remotely and in person. Including over the phone, when presenting information, utilizing company-provided tools, and facilitating group discussions. • A minimum of 2-4 years’ work experience in a business environment with English as the primary language. • Utilize appropriate correspondence channels and display professionalism when communicating with the Training Manager, CSS Training Team, SMEs, and Clients.
