Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent. Have 5 years experience as Recruitment & Assessment Excellent communication skill, negotiation skill – able to work with target and under pressure. Fast learner ,good leadership skill and strong in Data analysis Able to use psychological test
