DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop a structural curriculum matrix and program for sales and non sales, soft skills & hard skills Design a comprehensive training module that cover pre – during – post training effectively Deliver training with effective method that suit to the competency’s gap needed Determine tools for evaluate ROI training program and progress of participant’s skills, knowledge & attitude Manage the whole learning center and class facilities Set up and coordinate training schedule efficiently for the classes , trainers and programs Responsible for day-to-day learning center operational
REQUIREMENT

Education Min. S1 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM preferable Experience Min. 3 years as Training Supervisor in Corporate (FMCG preferable) or Learning Center Deep understanding and experience in Training Technique and Method as per job description needed Skills of Adobe/Canva/Video Maker / Social Media is needed Good communicator inter generation, hardworking, multi tasking role, mature and independent Driving License SIM A and intensive business trip Work Location : Jakarta
