DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
A Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Generalist, with at least 3 years in managerial level, preferably in Financial or Outsource Industry. Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR (Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Compensation & benefit, Industrial Relations, Payroll, HR Policies & SOP). Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software. Solid understanding of Labor Law, BPJS, Outsourcing, contracts (PKWT, PKWTT), PPh21 and company regulations. Proven leadership skills: able to lead and develop teams, enforce discipline and manage multiple teams in HR Department (In Jakarta and Yogyakarta). Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Open-minded, Independent, self-motivated, and passionate in creating HR initiatives and doing execution. High adaptability, resilience, integrity and ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills and result-driven with ongoing relationship with all levels and departments.
