DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business in key industrial sectors. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve performance and revenue targets. Identify new opportunities, key accounts, and potential distributors within the region. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with technical and product support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical excellence. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking to identify trends and business opportunities. Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates. Represent the company in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial sectors (preferably bearings, mechanical components, power transmission, or rotating equipment). Proven ability to manage key accounts and achieve consistent sales growth. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently across multiple regions. Willing to travel frequently within East Java and Eastern Indonesia.
