DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Assist in full spectrum of C&B operation including but not limited to payroll calculation, benefits, insurances, taxation & MPF administration, leave attendance record.
Support HR system enhancement and ad-hoc projects as required.
Address employee enquiries on HR policies and procedures, Employee Self Services matters, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Ensure proper maintenance and safekeeping of confidential employee records and sensitive personal data throughout the employment cycle in strict compliance with the regulatory and Company standards.
Support Human Resources Manager in implementing practices and solutions that build the business’ capability and accelerate the engagement of our people and partners;
Works in collaboration with team-mates on coordinating staff events and initiatives to promote employee engagement.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR, ideally in Compensation & Benefits position.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsible, proactive, well-organized and detail-minded with numeric sense.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
