DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide leadership and strategic direction for the IT team, aligning IT priorities with the overall business objectives Manage the planning, development, and implementation of complex IT systems and infrastructure to support the company's operations Ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and applications across the organisation Oversee the delivery of IT services and support, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating to identify and address their IT-related needs Lead a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive their growth and development Implement robust IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks to safeguard the company's data and systems
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 8 years of proven experience in an IT management role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry Demonstrated expertise in leading the delivery of large-scale IT projects and initiatives Thorough understanding of IT architecture, systems integration, and infrastructure management Strong business acumen and the ability to align IT strategies with overall organisational objectives Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language Proven track record of building and leading high-performing IT teams Proficient in the use of IT management frameworks and best practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO)
