DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive BMS product and solution sales across Taiwan. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including MEP consultants, system integrators, contractors, and end-users. Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Automation, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or building automation sales. Strong understanding of BMS architecture, protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus), and integration with other building systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
