Fully responsible for the section in charge. Day to day production line management （headcount, capacity, efficiency, delivery, quality, technical, process, procedure, setting up, training, etc.）. Establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedule, assigning personnel to accomplish the task. Follow up the production and shipment plan. To study line improvement process, methods and countermeasures to be taken when there is issue related to process bottleneck. Coordination with other related people from other Dept. in case of any unexpected issues. For example, shortage, material quality. To conduct meeting and convey information on S.O.P. and any other information that need to be passed down to leaders and operators. Ensure quality alerts are communicated to all operators. Ensure compliance with WI and OSHA. Maintain quality standards on all products to ensure manufacturing with zero defect methodology. To communicate company policies to leaders and operators. Performance appraisal (attendance，pay-roll, salary adjustment) Teambuilding and encouragement in the section in charge. Work with Production Manager and make contributions on all aspects of Production responsibilities，department planning and development related to his/her own section. Ensure personnel issues are dealt with on timely manner, including disciplinary actions. To continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance. Ensure department is kept clean and organized. Perform time studies and process flow analysis to identify areas for improvement in line balancing, cycle time, and manufacturing cycle efficiency. Facilitate continuous improvement activities across different functional teams through the application of LEAN methodologies and tools (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
