DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform handset activation and configuration of line to fully operation and live stage Working closely with IT Department on troubleshooting matters Guiding of customer on set up process & provide basic technical support Escalating of issue or customer feedback to relevant department when required Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENT

Secondary School Qualification or Above 1 – 3 Years of experience preferably with mobile phone activation or service provisioning Able to work remotely after office hour when required (IT Equipment provided)
