DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Respond to and reconcile client queries, including performance updates, product-related research and analysis, and reporting requests across institutional segments such as pension funds, endowments, insurance, sovereign entities, and corporates.
Assist with client prospecting activities, including market segment analysis, client mapping, and CRM database maintenance.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to help position and pitch strategies and products to clients and prospects, including constructing pitch decks and generating trade ideas.
Coordinate institutional sales events and monitor the team's marketing budget.
Support cross-segment Hong Kong events where the team is involved.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams across Hong Kong and the broader group to ensure effective client responses.
Assist with client RFPs and DDQs.
Work alongside the Institutional Client Service team to facilitate client account openings.
Manage internal team reports for senior management, including monthly figures, pipeline updates, and CRM activity tracking.
REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred).
