DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our food ingredients and raw materials products Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best deals for the company Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales prospects Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the application and use of our products Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Provide comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to management
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience in the food ingredients or raw materials industry Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed Proficient in MS Office suite Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written Willing to work at Branch Surabaya (East Java) About the role We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our Food Ingredients Raw Material team at PT Menjangan Sakti in Surabaya Branch.
