DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Communicate with business units to understand requirements and prepare documentation. Participate in configuration, testing, go-live, and optimization of ERP and freezer systems. Assist in basic integration and data interfacing between ERP and other systems (WMS, supply chain, etc.). Follow up on project implementation plans, coordinate internal resources, and drive execution. Provide system training and daily support to end-users. Design basic reports or work with developers to fulfill reporting needs. Manage user access rights to ensure system security and data confidentiality. Collect and report system issues and coordinate solution implementation.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or support; project experience is a plus. Familiar with basic ERP business processes (Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Finance, etc.). Strong communication, coordination, and requirement analysis skills. Proficient in data tools like Excel and basic SQL queries. Fluent in English or Chinese. Strong learning ability and team spirit. Willing to work from office at Pantai Indah Kapuk
