DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare comprehensive and accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports for management and stakeholders and to Holding Liaise with various departments to gather financial data and ensure timely submission of reports Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies Provide support to the finance team as needed
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance At least 2 years of experience in a similar finance role, preferably in the insurance industry Able to speak Mandarin and or good understanding in Chinese Language Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficient in the use of financial reporting software and Microsoft Office suite Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team
