Manage and oversee financial reporting for multiple entities within the region to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial reports, and analysis for each entity, ensuring transparency, and adherence to accounting standards.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.
Understand the businesses' key strategies and provide relevant financial insights that value-add to the business performance.
Design and prepare regular and adhoc performance reports with impactful data visualizations, together with analyses that link the financial reports to business drivers and strategies.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties and resolve complex problems positively.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, implementing necessary adjustments to accounting practices.
REQUIREMENT
CPA/ACCA/Degree in Accounting/Finance
At least 5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience handling the financial reporting for multiple entities.
Regional exposure.
