DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business targets and grow market share in Hong Kong. Lead and manage the sales team, building key selling skills to drive performance and professional growth. Establish HK Sales Fundamentals guidelines (distribution, shelving, pricing, merchandising) and ensure compliance in sales execution. Manage the sales budget for optimal resource allocation. Collaborate with marketing, lab, product development, and other teams to support new product launches and lifecycle management for CBG portfolios. Track sales performance metrics and report regularly to senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is an advantage. Minimum 8 years’ experience in external sales and sales team management within the consumer goods industry. Experience in both large and mid-sized businesses, key account management, channels & distributor management, and business expansion is a plus. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to analyse data and market trends for informed decision-making. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin a MUST. Able to work well under pressure.
