Lead commercial planning and execution across designated accounts, aligning with broader business objectives such as revenue, margin, and market share.
Build long-term customer relationships and integrate channel strategies into overall business plans.
Oversee customer negotiations in line with commercial priorities and trading terms.
Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth day-to-day execution through proactive planning, communication, and performance tracking.
Manage trade investment budgets and assess campaign ROI.
Support new product launches and ensure strong in-store execution aligned with brand and channel strategies.
Data & Insights
Deliver timely and accurate reporting including forecasts, promotional analysis, and customer performance metrics.
Analyze market and competitor data to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Translate insights into actionable plans to drive growth and improve execution.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG KA sector
Proven track record managing key accounts in Hong Kong, including eCommerce and premium retail channels; distributor experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree or above
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Nielsen data preferred
