DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Download data from finance system to prepare data for VAT and WHT reconcilliation Prepare format report and upload WHT report in tax system Download WHT slip in tax system and ensure all data succesfully uploaded in tax system Distribute WHT slip to partners Credited VAT IN in tax system and ensure all VAT IN succesfully credited in tax system in correct period Created Nota Return in tax system Verify NPWP and ensure correct WHT tariffs are applied Align with the team for VAT and WHT payment processing & journal posting Monitor monthly tax deadlines to ensure timely filing Maintain and archive tax documents for audit readiness. Provide tax data for internal/external audits as required
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in accounting /Finance/Taxation major with min. 3.20 GPA At least 1-2 years of experience in taxation (WHT & VAT preferred). Familiar with Indonesian Taxation system and regulations ( Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot and e-SPT) , Microsoft Excel and Accounting System (SAP) Minimum passive in English Honest, responsible, with high integrity Eager to learn, attention to detail, accuracy, good communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and organizational skills Time management skill and ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to join immediately and work from office in South Jakarta area
