DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

You will be the key driver of our growth in West Java, focusing on our primary HORECA client base: Relationship Architect: Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing customers. Close the Deal: Conduct compelling product offers and diligently follow up until the customer makes a decision. Hit the Goal: Consistently meet or exceed all sales targets set by management. Administrative Pro: Handle essential administrative tasks, including maintaining the customer database, and ensure seamless coordination with all relevant internal departments. Be Our Face: Always maintain a professional, neat, and highly representative appearance as the face of our company.
REQUIREMENT

Education: Bachelor's (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any field. Industry Edge: Minimum 1 year experience in Food Packaging, Consumer Goods, or Food & Bakery Ingredients. Network Power: Proven experience distributing goods within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe), Bakery, & Shop segments. Your existing database is a massive advantage! Mobility: Must own a motorcycle and possess an active SIM C license. Drive: You enjoy working hard, are highly target-driven, and consistently meet your sales goals. Soft Skills: Highly sociable, friendly, and excellent at building and maintaining professional networks. You need that genuine "bodor" (funny/engaging) vibe!
