DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to the sales team Participate in the recruitment and training of new sales team members
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree from any major from reputable university Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership or management role, preferably in the furniture or retail industry Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Willing to be placed at HR Muhammad and Galaxy Mall
