DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Supervising daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems to minimise discrepancies. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment. Coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams to align warehouse activities with business goals. Managing and developing warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency. Monitoring and optimising warehouse layout for improved workflow and space utilisation. Preparing accurate reports on warehouse performance for management review. Addressing and resolving any operational challenges in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENT

Profile A successful Warehouse Manager should have: A background in warehouse management or logistics within the FMCG sector. Knowledge of inventory management systems and tools. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with health and safety standards applicable to warehouse operations. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively. An understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
