DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Overseeing daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise manufacturing processes. Implementing and monitoring safety protocols within production facilities. Analysing production data and reporting on key performance indicators. Managing resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet production targets. Identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance productivity. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Leading and mentoring the production team to achieve operational goals.
REQUIREMENT

A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of production planning and quality control processes. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for production management. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
