Develop & execute sales & marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase market share, engagement, and loyalty.
Lead integrated 180°–360° campaigns (digital, offline, activation).
Manage brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior & competitor movements — and turn insights into action.
Manage offline & online stores across platforms, including product listings, stock availability, pricing, promotions, and campaign execution, oversee paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads) and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Supply Chain, Finance) to deliver consistent brand execution.
Monitor campaign KPIs (ROI, CAC, CTR, engagement, store performance) & continuously optimize performance.
Build, lead & coach a dynamic marketing team (internal & agency).
Report sales performance, forecasts, marketing impact to leadership & contribute to long-term brand strategy.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in managing brand marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail.
Fluent in English—both verbal & written.
Have Digital Marketing Certificate
Proven experience managing ATL, BTL & digital channels (Meta, TikTok Ads, SEO, Influencer, Community, SEO within e-commerce platforms etc).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns
