Design and implement employee engagement strategies, including surveys, feedback loops, and action plans.
Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Lead initiatives that enhance employee morale, recognition, and retention& organize internal events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
Strengthen employer branding through social media, career fairs, and partnerships.
Design and implement leadership development programs for DISC employees aligned with business priorities and future capabilities.
Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and development planning to build leadership readiness.
Partner with senior HC Director to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend structural improvements.
Support change management initiatives, including restructures and cultural transformation.
Manage performance review cycles and goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs), fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous feedback.
Analyse workforce data (e.g., turnover, engagement, productivity) to identify trends and drive targeted interventions.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational culture, talent, and workforce planning.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and global HR trends.
Proven track record in driving culture and engagement initiatives.
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices.
