DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the company’s IT systems
Act as a technical liaison between the IT team and management
Install, configure, and monitor hardware, software, network infrastructure, and servers
Prepare and maintain IT-related documentation, reports, and technical records
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) Able to communicate effectively in English Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, network systems (LAN/WAN), servers, and data security Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT support tools Communicative, detail-oriented, and responsible
