DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the strategic development and evolution of IDOS roadmaps (Ostuka internal DMS). Prioritize and sequence system initiatives to maximize business value and drive digital transformation.
2. Business Analysis: Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and system gaps. Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
3. Process & System Design: Design and document current and future-state business process models, ensuring standardization. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for new or enhanced system features.
4. Implementation & Delivery: Drive the end-to-end system implementation process from requirements gathering to successful deployment. Apply software development life cycle methodologies to ensure continuous improvement and enhance user experience.
5. Governance & Oversight: Maintain project governance and compliance by monitoring timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Provide regular performance reports to the Product Manager to support strategic decision-making.
6. Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a key liaison between IT and business functions. Communicate system updates, project status, and analytical insights to internal and external stakeholders to foster transparency and alignment.
REQUIREMENT
1. 6+ years in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position (Jr Manager, Manager, etc.)
2. Excellent in C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaSript (ES5.Es6). Knockout.js (MVVM), DevExtreme/DevExpress, HTML/CS, REST API (JSON Communication)
3. Experience with a Distribution Management System (DMS) such as SAP Business, Oracle, ERP, or Salesforce.
4. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
5. Willing to work in Head Office with flexible working hours
6. Proven ability to manage and lead complex system implementation projects.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving business processes.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
9. A systematic and organized approach to project management and governance.
