REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2. At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service, Call Center, or in a related role. 3. Fluent in English (both spoken and written), with strong communication skills. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly, patient, and customer-oriented. 5. Proficient in using computers (MS Office, email, chat platforms; CRM experience is a plus). 6. Willing to work in shift schedules (if required).
