DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat, social media, etc.). Provide timely, accurate, and professional solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction. Record and track customer interactions using CRM or other customer service platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain a high standard of customer service with a friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach.
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2. At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service, Call Center, or in a related role. 3. Fluent in English (both spoken and written), with strong communication skills. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly, patient, and customer-oriented. 5. Proficient in using computers (MS Office, email, chat platforms; CRM experience is a plus). 6. Willing to work in shift schedules (if required).
