DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
As a Sales Account Manager, you´ll directly take meaningful and impactful responsibilities as of day 1. You´ll be in charge of building a long-term partnership with your customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that lead to sustainable business growth. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of our product categories and markets.
Your responsibilities would include:
Conduct customer-/category-centric data analysis to create growth strategies to lead key channel growth/add value to channel strategies
Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed company goals
Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising to drive the best retail environments
Develop sustainable working relationships with key customer contacts and drive superior joint value creations
Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans
Manage financial/instore/company resources to implement designed channel x category strategies with strong efficiency mindset
REQUIREMENT
Currently working towards completion of a bachelor’s degree in an accredited university in 2026 OR 0-3 years of work experience after graduation.
Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills.
Demonstrate ability of creative/critical thinking and problem solving.
Strong in communication and collaboration with others.
Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong.
