Raise awareness of Abbott products among healthcare professionals who play a vital role in improving quality of life in the nutrition field, ensuring long-term growth for Abbott products in the region and maintaining a competitive advantage over competing brands. Build HCP trust and loyalty for Abbott brand products through a diverse customer engagement strategy, thereby developing new business opportunities and ensuring growth in existing business. Develop and maintain the knowledge, customer engagement skills, and business acumen of medical representatives to build a high-performing, ethical sales team. Develop KOL relationships to promote the Abbott brand and influence HCPs at all levels and across all specialties to prioritize Abbott products. Operational Results Increase market share by increasing the importance, demand, and sales of Abbott products across all customer segments (medical, HCP, etc.) within the region/territory. Increase customer engagement across all customer segments across all platforms/channels within the region/territory. Increase patient/customer engagement with Abbott brands and products within the region/territory. Increase the saturation of Abbott KOLs within the region. A highly performing, adaptable, and responsive team of medical representatives. Key Responsibilities and Activities Ensure achievement of individual goals and assist new business within the team in achieving their KPIs through experience sharing. Leverage real-time omnichannel business intelligence to analyze market, category, and channel opportunities within the region/territory, identifying opportunities to increase market share at the customer/account level. Leverage business analytics and customer insights to continuously analyze growth potential within the region and develop an omnichannel engagement strategy to position Abbott as the preferred brand within the region. Integrate omnichannel customer engagement strategies, developing and supporting account programs. Implement marketing programs for target customers and accounts through Medical Representatives, including coaching, execution, and tracking of program impact/success. Provide progressive, real-time training and feedback to Medical Representatives on all aspects of the customer interaction process, and conduct observations. Accelerate the development of digital knowledge and application among medical representatives through mentoring, training, and role modeling. Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients across digital, remote/virtual, and in-person channels to increase awareness and loyalty for Abbott brand products. Work with the Training/SFE department to identify knowledge and skills gaps among medical representatives on the team to optimize team performance and develop individual development plans to enhance overall capabilities within the region/territory. Provide direct and ongoing support to medical representatives in the field through collaborative problem-solving, mentoring, training, feedback, and advancement. Develop and expand a network of key opinion leaders within the region/territory to influence all levels of the customer base (not just HCPs). Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing department to collect and interpret customer and market behavior data, and translate omnichannel engagement data into real-world actions.
REQUIREMENT

Demonstrate integrity and transparency, setting an example of ethical behavior. Comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Education University degree, preferably in nutrition and health. Experience/Qualifications Sales Representatives with relevant industry experience are preferred. Sales Specialists must have at least 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years of successful sales supervision/management experience. Senior Specialists must have at least 7 years of experience. Experience in tender and contract management, and KOL management is required. Detailed understanding of the business principles underpinning the pharmaceutical market. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills are required.The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
