DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in food or FMCG manufacturing. Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems, OEE tracking, CMMS, or similar production / maintenance / operations software. Familiarity with automation technologies, smart manufacturing, process control in food production. Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to drive decisions & improvements. Good leadership & coordination skills; able to manage teams and cross-functional collaboration. Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, Halal, etc.) and compliance. Strong communication skills – fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages (Mandarin, others) an advantage. Attention to detail, especially as it relates to product quality, natural ingredient integrity, and process hygiene. Willing to work in Kulai, Johor.
